If you have ever dealt with insurance yourself, then you now how awful that can be. This took all the hassle out of it I didn't have to talk to anyone, didn't have to track down my medical bills, all I had to do was agree to the settlement amount. By the way it was more then we expected. Hopefully I never need them again, but I would definately use them again.

I was involved in a MVA and thought it would be simple until the other occupant insurance tried to put me on the back burner I for sure thought I had gotten myself in a pickle, my cousin referred the heavy hitter I called them gave them details about the accident and they where quick to schedule a time to talk to me and go over everything that might occur, with the evidence that I had they wasted no time getting me taken care of. Definitely recommend them 10/10 my experience with them was fantastic and they always keep me in the loop which is great.

I am very satisfied with Jeff Martin's office. The receptionist was very polite and helped me with all questions i had about my case. This is the best lawyer to come to when you have a car accident.

Remember as you are reading through reviews you have to keep in mind that some people you CAN NEVER make happy. With that being said, I am rating Jeff Martin and his team from my perspective, as a client. After being in an auto accident to no fault of my own, I was shaken and confused as to what to do and who to call. I called a few firms and chose to go with "the heavy hitters"!! They made the process easy and put my mind at ease. I never had to call and get an update they notified me every step of the way. I knew it was going to take some time to get a settlement so I never expected a date or amount of time. Everyone in his office from the receptionist to the legal staff is remarkable. Customer service is impeccable. I felt welcomed and wasn't rushed when I visited the office. I recommend anyone who's been in a car wreck, dealt with nursing home abuse or work related issues to give them a call.
