Remember as you are reading through reviews you have to keep in mind that some people you CAN NEVER make happy. With that being said, I am rating Jeff Martin and his team from my perspective, as a client. After being in an auto accident to no fault of my own, I was shaken and confused as to what to do and who to call. I called a few firms and chose to go with "the heavy hitters"!! They made the process easy and put my mind at ease. I never had to call and get an update they notified me every step of the way. I knew it was going to take some time to get a settlement so I never expected a date or amount of time. If you are looking for a firm to take care of you, get you what you deserve and are willing to let them do the work on your behalf, then I would call Jeff Martin's office. Thank you Jeff and staff for being there for me every step of the way! Dont let negative reviews from people that are probably NEVER HAPPY ruin your day!! Attorneys that will fight for you.

Love the staff. I sat and watched him work two hours for me. The other guys insurance was trying to give him the run around I was so impressed on how he would have a come back for every answer he didn't agree with. They tried to give him the run around on my case he backed they into a corner and got me more then they were offering. That's just the start. Haven't even settled my case yet. Excited to see what he has for me in the end. My brother, daughter and myself were hit by drunk driver. All of us were injured! Everyone in the office does have our best interest in hand

Great group to work with!

My car was totaled in an accident by my girlfriend and I thought I was in deep financial trouble. I reached out to the offices of Jeff Martin on a Friday evening after work hours. I submitted an inquiry and within a few moments one of his attorneys called me back and gave me advice, free of charge, that helped me navigate the situation which actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise. That attorney did not have to call me back on his mobile phone on a Friday evening after hours but he did so anyway. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone and if I am ever in that situation again or in need of an attorney they will be my first phone call!

If you have ever dealt with insurance yourself, then you now how awful that can be. This took all the hassle out of it I didn't have to talk to anyone, didn't have to track down my medical bills, all I had to do was agree to the settlement amount. By the way it was more then we expected. Hopefully I never need them again, but I would definately use them again.

They are very compassionate and helpful. If ever anyone i know gets in wreck am definitely recommending them. They collect have the documentations and deal with insurance company so you can focus on healing. Thank you for your assistance in dark and pain recovery from my car wreck!
